Flexible Polyurethane Foam

Available in different color choices, flexible polyurethane foam blocks are used as integral parts of upholstered items, mattresses, car seats and many more. PU foam is produced as a reaction between diisocyanates and polyols along with additives.  Available in standard density range (16 to 50), offered PU blocks do not expand and contract for their stable diameter. Light in weight, flexible polyurethane foam blocks can easily integrate with polyester, epoxy and vinyl ester resin based content. PU blocks can be cut and shaped easily to suit various application requirements of customers.
